Dubai has a buzzing new spot – Lilly’s Social House at Canal Central Hotel Business Bay – that officially opened its doors last evening with a grand party. Developed by Dynamic Operator, Lilly’s Social House, is an ode to the rich culture and vibrancy of New Orleans.
